On January 18, 2024, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the shares of "Konstromat" OJSC with a total value of 196,000 (one hundred and ninety-six thousand) manats were included in the conditional listing in the standard market segment of the Baku Stock Exchange.
On January 26, 2024, shares of "Konstromat" OJSC with a total value of 196,000 (one hundred and ninety-six thousand) manats will be placed by subscription.
We would like to inform you that if the shares are placed by the subscription method, the shares will be removed from the conditional listing in the standard market segment and transferred to the standard market segment.
