On May 3, 2023, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the shares of "GL" OJSC with a total value of 50,125 (fifty thousand one hundred and twenty-five) manats were listed in the standard market segment.
Placement of the mentioned shares will be carried out on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription. The subscription of shares started on May 3, 2023. At least 2 working days before the start of the placement, the finalization of the subscription placement will be announced to the investors on the BSE website.
The underwriter for placement is "AzFinance Investment Company" CJSC.
