On April 13rd 2022 an auction of discounted notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the state registration number 50301996S, a total volume of 30 mln AZN and a turnover period of 168 days were held on Baku Stock Exchange.
During the auction, 17 orders with the price range, of 97.2763 (6%) and 98.4155 (3.45%) were submitted by 11 investors.
The total amount of orders at face value was 189,414,200.00 AZN.
According to the decision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the cut-off price in grades was set at 98.3974 (3.49%), and the weighted average price was set at 98.3991 (3.49%). The total realized amount was 30,000,000.00 AZN at face value.
If the demand accumulated at the auction exceeds the offer, the offer may be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially put up for auction.
The maturity date of Notes is 28.09.2022
