On December 5-6, 2023, the placement of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) manat undocumented ordinary shares of JSC "Bank Respublika" with state registration number AZ1002002884 on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription was finalized.

During the subscription, 5 orders at the price of 2,45 AZN were submitted to the underwriter by 4 investors.

The total amount of subscription orders at a nominal price was 500,000.90 manats. The volume of shares placed at the nominal price was 500,000.90 manats.
