Placement of the shares of Bank BTB OJSC on the Baku Stock Exchange by way of subscription has been completed

On March 15, 2024, the placement of 5,000,000 manat common unnamed shares Bank BTB OJSC with state registration number AZ1001009443 on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription was finalized.

During the subscription, 1 order at the price of 1000 AZN was submitted to the underwriter by 1 investor.

The total amount of subscription orders at nominal price was 5,000,000  manats. The volume of shares placed at the nominal price was 5,000,000  manats.

The underwriter for placement is " Assist Finance İnvestment Company" OJSC.
