Placement of the shares of Assist Finance OJSC on the Baku Stock Exchange by way of subscription has been completed

On March 12, 2024, the placement of 50 050 manat undocumented ordinary shares of Assist Finance OJSC with state registration number AZ1002020365 on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription was finalized.

During the subscription, 1 order at the price of 350 AZN was submitted to the underwriter by 1 investor.

The total amount of subscription orders at nominal price was 50 050  manats. The volume of shares placed at the nominal price was 50 050  manats.

The underwriter for placement is " Assist Finance İnvestment Company" OJSC.
