On March 3, 2023, the auction on placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping (ASCO) with state registration number AZ2001019341 in the amount of 100,000,000 USD at Baku Stock Exchange has been concluded.

During the subscription 126 bids were submitted from 125 investors.

The total amount of subscription orders at face value was USD 113, 997, 000.

The volume of bonds placed at face value was 100,000,000.00 USD.
