A meeting was held with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development

On February 17, 2023, a meeting was held in the administrative building of the Baku Stock Exchange with the participation of representatives of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

During the meeting, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan and the EBRD are working on the establishment of a local credit agency, for the assessment of SME financial risks, active SME participation in the organized capital market, prospects for the primary and secondary markets, and a detailed discussion of the work to be done in this area.
