A decision was made to delist the securities of "Mugan Bank" OJSC.

According to clause 13.1.2 of the listing rules of the Baku Stock Exchange, the Listing Committee decided to delist the security code AZ1001005466 of ISIN code AZ1001005466 listed in the standard market segment of "Mugan Bank" OJSC. It should be noted that in accordance with the listing rules of the Baku Stock Exchange, the delisting decision will come into force 2 months after it is announced to the public, and the securities will be removed from trading.
