On 21 November 2023, training was held for companies that are members of the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association (AMFA) on the topics of "Issuance of Securities, Listing on the Baku Stock Exchange and Listing Advisory Programme".
At the training, Baku Stock Exchange staff provided general information on the capital market, issuance of securities, the procedure for their listing on the stock exchange, as well as detailed information on the Listing Advisory Programme. The main objective of the event was to present alternative methods of financing to local companies and share international experience in this direction.
It should be noted that Baku Stock Exchange together with AMFA regularly organizes free trainings to raise awareness of the capital market, introduce the experience of issuing securities into the local business environment and promote listing on the stock exchange.
