The stocks of “Zayam Technology Park” OJSC have been listed on the Baku Stock Exchange

On August 26, 2021, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the stocks of “Zayam Technology Park” OJSC with a total value of 18,000,000 (eighteen million) AZN were listed in the standard market segment.

The placement of these stocks will be carried out by subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange. The subscription will cover the period from August 31 to October 29, 2021. At least 2 business days prior to the start of the placement, the date of the placement will be announced to investors on the BSE website. The underwriter for the placement is PASHA Capital Investment Company.
