On November 3, 2023, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), shares of "Bank Respublika" OJSC with a total value of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) manats were listed in the standard market segment.
Placement of the mentioned shares will be carried out on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription. At least 2 working days before the start of the placement, the date of the placement will be announced to the investors on the BSE website.
The underwriter of the placement is "Pasha Capital Investment Company" CJSC.
