On June 23, 2023, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the shares of "BOA Agency" OJSC were included in the conditional listing in the standard market segment.
On July 5, 2023, the shares of "BOA Agency" OJSC will be placed by subscription.
