The General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Respublika Open Joint Stock Company will be held

The next general meeting of shareholders of Bank Respublika OJSC will be held on May 30, 2022.

The issues on the agenda of the meeting to be held at the Bank's Head Office are as follows:

1. Appointment of the chairman and secretary of the meeting.

2. Approval of the agenda of the meeting.

3. On the results of the external audit for 2021.

4. On the distribution of profits according to the results of 2021.

The meeting will be held at the head office of the bank, located at 21 Khagani Street.

According to the National Accounting Standards, Bank Respublika OJSC ended 2021 with a net profit of 19,523,000 manats.
