Placement of the shares of CPM InvestOJSC on the Baku Stock Exchange by way of subscription has been completed

On March 27, 2024, the placement of 50 050 manat undocumented ordinary shares CPM Invest OJSC with state registration number AZ1001023204 on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription was finalized.

During the subscription, 1 order at the price of 1000 AZN was submitted to the underwriter by 1 investor.

The total amount of subscription orders at nominal price was 400 000  manats. The volume of shares placed at the nominal price was 400 000  manats.

The underwriter for placement is CPM Invest OJSC.
