On November 16 and 17, 2022, an auction will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange to place notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
We inform you that the collection of orders during the auction will be organized from 11:00 to 11:30.

During the course of the auctions, the total number of orders submitted by each bank should not exceed 2 (1 competitive and 1 non-competitive) and the nominal amount of the orders placed should not exceed the volume of auctioned notes. Acceptance of non-competitive orders is permitted provided they do not exceed 20% of the issue of notes.
In case the demand collected in the auction exceeds the offer, the offer can be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially auctioned.
Settlements of transactions concluded as a result of the auction will be carried out in the T+0 mode. Price range restrictions do not apply to submitted orders.
Only local banks operating on the basis of a license can act as buyers of notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
