On March 28, 2024, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of Kapital Bank OJSC with a total value of 35,000,000 (thirty five million) USD were listed in the premium market segment.
Placement of the mentioned bonds will be carried out at the Baku Stock Exchange by means of a subscription. At least 2 working days before the start of placement, the auction date will be announced to investors on the BSE website.
The underwriter of the placement is "Pasha Capital" CJSC.
