On October 25, 2023, "GL" OJSC has a turnover period of 5 years (1 year-360 days) on the Baku Stock Exchange, state registration number AZ2012020288 with a nominal value of 1,000 manats, in the amount of 1,300,000 (one million three hundred thousand) manats The auction for the placement of interest-bearing, unsecured undocumented bonds has been concluded.

During the auction, 20 orders were submitted by 20 investors. The annual interest rate of the bond is 13%, and the interest payment period is once every month (1 month to 30 days).

The total amount of the orders with the auction price of 1,000 manats at the nominal price was 1,156,000  manats. The volume of bonds placed at a nominal price was 1,156,000  manats.

The underwriter for placement is "INVEST-AZ Investment Company" JSC.
