An auction was held for placement of Notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan

On December 14, 2022, an auction was held at the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARMB) with state registration number AZ2050024705 in the amount of 30 million manats with a circulation period of 84 days.

During the auction, 6 investors submitted 10 orders with a price interval of 98.6538 (5.85%)manat and 98.9381 (4.60%) manat. The total amount of the orders at the nominal price was 26,021,100 manats.

         According to the decision of ARMB, the cut-off price of notes is 98.6538 (5.85%) manats, and the average weighted price is  98.8054 (5.18%) manats.

         As a result of the auction, the placed volume of notes was 26,021,100 manats.

         The maturity date of the notes is 08.03.2023.

         In case the demand collected in the auction exceeds the offer, the offer can be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially auctioned.
