By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of NBCI "Embafinans" CJSC were listed on the standard market segment on July 15, 2020.
The listed bonds will be placed on July 17 at the Baku Stock Exchange by competitive auction. The lower limit of the possible bid was set at AZN 1,000 (one thousand) in accordance with the nominal value of the bond.
The maturity of the bonds with the total amount of 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand) manats is 1 (one) calendar year (365 days) and the annual interest rate is 11% and will be repaid periodically from 1 (one) calendar month from the date of placement.
