An auction on placement of bonds of AzerGold CJSC was held

On November 30, 2020, the auction on placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of AzerGold CJSC with state registration number AZ2002019878 in the amount of USD 10,000,000.00 at Baku Stock Exchange has been concluded.

  During the auction 46 bids were submitted with price range of 100,0000 (4,00%) and 103,4239 (3,00%) from 37 investors. By the decision of the issuer the cut-off price was set at 102,0681 (3,50%), and weighted average price - 102,4759 (3,35%).

   The total value of orders at face value was $ 18,443,000.00.

   The volume of bonds placed at face value was $ 10,000,000.00.
