On March 31, 2022, the auction on placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of Azerbaijan Supermarket LLC with state registration number AZ2003023523 in the amount of 10,000,000.00 AZN  at the Baku Stock Exchange has been concluded.

   During the auction, 14 bids were submitted from 11 investors.

   The orders were submitted in price ranges of 1001.2735  AZN (10.4500%) and 1053.826 AZN (8.4500%).

   The issuer set the cut-off price of 1052.4731 AZN (8.5000%), and the volume-weighted average price of 1052.6888 AZN (8.4920%).

   The total value of orders at face value was 18,784,000.00 AZN.

   The volume of bonds placed at face value was 10,000,000.00 AZN.
