A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between "The Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and "Kyrgyz Stock Exchange" CJSC within the framework of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Business Forum held on July 26, 2023, in Cholpan-Ata (Kyrgyzstan).
Memorandum by "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC of the Chairman of the Board v.m.i.e. It was signed by Eldar Abdullayev and "Kyrgyz Stock Exchange" JSC by President Nazaraliev Medetbek Tagaybekovich.
This memorandum aims to expand cooperation between the exchanges of both countries in the capital market, to exchange experience in the organization of stock trading, to develop trade and economic relations in the field of the stock market using stock market mechanisms, to organize the mutual integration of electronic trading systems and the accreditation of stock trading participants, to jointly expand stock trading instruments. it will provide an opportunity to hold conferences, seminars, and other events and deepen economic relations with the participants of the organized capital market.
