A decision was made to delist the securities of Gunay Bank OJSC.

According to clause 13.1.2 of the listing rules of the Baku Stock Exchange, the Listing Committee decided to delist the security with the ISIN code AZ1003000168 listed in the standard market segment of Gunay Bank OJSC. It should be noted that in accordance with the listing rules of the Baku Stock Exchange, the decision on delisting will come into force 2 months after it is announced to the public, and the securities will be removed from trading.
