According to the decision of the Supervisory Board of Rabitabank on November 29, 2022, № 69, the next general meeting of shareholders of the bank will be held on January 27, 2023.
The agenda of the meeting includes the following issues:
1. Approval of the bank's balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the fiscal year 2022.
2. Approval of the report of the Revision Commission of the bank.
3. Payment of dividends to shareholders of the bank.
4. Payment of annual bonuses to the managers of the bank.
5. Organizational and current issues.
