The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of AzerGold CJSC was held

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) for 2021 was held.The meeting was attended by members of the Supervisory Board, the Chairman, and members of the Board of AzerGold.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board Rovshan Najaf stressed during the meeting that the Supervisory Board is currently working to further enhance the functionality of AzerGold.

At the meeting, the Supervisory Board made decisions to bring AzerGold's activities in line with advanced corporate governance principles, and a presentation was made with the participation of international experts on the next steps to be taken to ensure the implementation of the relevant decrees and orders of the President.

The participants of the meeting had detailed discussions on topical issues related to the Company's activities, including the adoption of policies related to the activities of AzerGold.
