The bank's announcement says that the agenda of the meeting was sent to shareholders together with the notice.

The shareholders of Bank of Baku are NAB Holding (35%), Hikmet Ismayilov (31.11), Azpetrol Oil Company LLC (28.89), and Elchin Isayev (5%).
