The next General Meeting of Shareholders of “Baku Stock Exchange” (BSE) CJSC was held on July 24, 2020
The meeting approved the financial results of the BSE for 2019, made changes among the members of the Audit Committee, as well as additions and changes to the budget after discussions on the budget for 2020 in accordance with the agenda.
