The event dedicated to the presentation of the Securities Issuance System was held
On November 23, 2022 in the administrative building of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held a presentation of the Securities Issue System, which is expected to be launched in the near future as one of the electronic services in the capital market. With the launch of the system, the services provided to issuers by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the National Depository Center (MDM) and the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) in the process of issuing investment securities will be digitized, thereby providing issuers with "one-stop" services.
State registration of the issue of investment securities under the project, approval of prospectuses and information memoranda, state registration of share issues during reorganization of legal entities, withdrawal of investment securities from circulation, approval of the report on the results of the issue, with regard to the issue of investment securities outside the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan the processes of state registration and making additions and changes to the prospectus and decision on the issue were digitized
Representatives of the National Depository Center, the Baku Stock Exchange, the Public Association of the Azerbaijan Stock Market Participants and investment companies took part in the event.
