According to Marja, this is stated in a statement issued by the Compulsory Insurance Bureau.
It was noted that “Baku Insurance” OJSC applied to the Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB) and fulfilled the requirements of Article 28 of the Law “On Compulsory Insurance” in order to become a member, and on this basis on December 25, 2020 is included in the register of participating insurers. Thus, in order to issue insurance certificates on the types of compulsory insurance allowed for the activity of “Baku Insurance” OJSC, connection to the Bureau's electronic information system was provided.
