On November 1, 2021, the placement of bonds of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) with the total value of USD 100,000,000 (one hundred million) will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange.
The placement of the mentioned bonds will be carried out by one-price subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange.
The main underwriter for the placement is PSG Capital Investment Company CJSC. All investment companies that are members of the Baku Stock Exchange will participate in the subscription.
