On April 25th, 2022 an auction of discounted notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the state registration number 50202496S, a total volume of 30 mln AZN and a turnover period of 84 days was held on Baku Stock Exchange.
During the auction 11 orders with the price range, 98.8468 (5%) and 99.3164 (2.95%) were submitted by 7 investors.
The total amount of orders at face value was 123,806,100.00 AZN.
The cut-off price and the weighted average price of the notes were set at 99.3164 (2.95%) according to the decision of ARMB.
The total realized amount was 30,000,000.00 AZN at face value.
If the demand accumulated at the auction exceeds the offer, the offer may be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially put up for auction.
The maturity date of Notes is 18.07.2022
