Results of Notes auction of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan

On March 2nd, 2022 an auction of discounted notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the state registration number 50100996S, the total volume of 240 mln AZN, and a turnover period of 28 days was held on Baku Stock Exchange.

During the auction, 29 orders with a price of 99.5351 (6.01%) were submitted by 19 investors.

The total amount of orders at face value was 1,728,632,900 AZN.

Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan set cut-off price on competitive orders at 99.5351  AZN (6.01%) and the weighted average price at 99.5351  AZN (6.01%).

The total realized amount was 240,000,000.00 AZN at face value.

If the demand accumulated at the auction exceeds the offer, the offer may be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially put up for auction.

The maturity date of Notes is 30.03.2022
