On January 28th, 2022 an auction of discounted notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the state registration number 50200396S, the total volume of 30 mln AZN, and a turnover period of 84 days were held on Baku Stock Exchange.
The total volume of 19 submitted orders by 17 investors made 279,763,800.00 AZN at face value.
The orders were submitted in price ranges 98.6193 AZN (6%) and 99.2129 AZN (3.4%).
Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan set cut-off price on competitive orders at 99.2129 AZN (3.4%) and the weighted average price at 99.2129 AZN (3.4%).
The total realized amount was 30,000,000.00 AZN at face value.
If the demand accumulated at the auction exceeds the offer, the offer may be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially put up for auction.
The maturity date of Notes is 22.04.2022
