On November 17th, 2022, an auction was held at the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of 30 million manat 168-day notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARMB) with state registration number AZ2035024705.
During the auction, 7 investors submitted 14 orders with a price range of 98.0329 (4.3%) manat and 98.0915 (4.17%) manat. The total amount of the orders at the nominal price was 40,367,400 manats.
According to the decision of ARMB, the cut-off price of the notes is 98.0553 (4.25%) and the average weighted price is 98.0662 (4.23%) manats.
As a result of the auction, the placed volume of notes was 30,000,000 manats.
The maturity date of the notes is 04.05.2023.
In case the demand collected in the auction exceeds the offer, the offer can be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially auctioned.
