On June 8th, 2022 an auction of discounted notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the state registration number AZ2006024700, a total volume of 30 mln AZN and a turnover period of 252 days was held on Baku Stock Exchange.
During the auction 9 orders with the price range, 96.9462 (4.5%) and 97.6753 (3.4%) were submitted by 6 investors.
The total amount of orders at face value was 86,868,200 AZN.
According to the decision of the ARMB, the cut of the price of notes was determined at 97.5419 (3.6%), and the average price was 97.5649 (3.57%).
The total realized amount was 30,000,000.00 AZN at face value.
If the demand accumulated at the auction exceeds the offer, the offer may be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially put up for auction.
The maturity date of Notes is 15.02.2023.
