An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Expressbank OJSC will be held on April 15, 2021.
The meeting is scheduled for 12:00 at the Bank's administrative office located at 37 Khojaly Avenue (8th floor, Demirchi Tower Business Center), Khatai district, Baku. The following issues are included in the agenda:
Change of the bank's shareholders' share in the authorized capital;
Distribution of the Bank's net profit for 2020;
Review of internal financial reporting for 2020 and other current and organizational issues
