By the decision of the management of Unibank CB, Afgan Bakhishov has been appointed Chief Legal and Compliance Administrator.
He previously served as AccessBank's Chief Executive Officer for Legal and Compliance. Afgan Bakhishov studied law at Baku State University and the University of Manchester in England.
A. Bakhishov has held managerial positions in the Chamber of Control over Financial Markets and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in various fields.
Afgan Bakhishov is also a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
