International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC auction on bonds placement was held

On June 1, 2022, the auction on placement of interest-bearing, unsecured uncertificated, registered bonds of “International Bank of Azerbaijan” OJSC with the state registration number AZ2001004582 in the amount of 20,000,000.00 manats was completed on June 1, 2022, at Baku Stock Exchange.

      The bond will have an annual interest rate of 6% and interest payments will be made to investors every three months. The total amount of orders at face value was AZN 20,000,000.00. The volume of bonds placed at face value was AZN 20,000,000.00.
