On May 18, 2022, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of the International Bank of Azerbaijan with a total value of 20,000,000 (twenty million) manats were listed in the premium market segment.
The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange through a competitive auction. The date of the auction will be announced to investors on the BSE website at least 2 working days before the start of the placement. The underwriter for the placement is IBA-Investment Investment Company CJSC.
On May 18, 2022, Baku Stock Exchange and IBA-Investment Investment Company signed a market-making agreement on the mentioned securities. According to the agreement, IBA-Invest Investment Company guaranteed the opening of a daily trading limit of AZN 50,000 (fifty thousand) required for the fulfillment of the purchase obligation during the period of circulation of securities with state registration number AZ2001004582.
