On September 13, 2022, AZ0106025940 ISIN of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 20 mln. an auction was held for the placement of government medium-term bonds (MOBs) with a circulation period of 1092 days in the amount of AZN.
During the auction, 26 orders with a price range of 92.1367 manats (8%) and 97.2914 manats (6%) were submitted by 14 investors.
According to the decision of the Ministry of Finance, the cut-off price of bonds is 96.2329 manats (6.4%), the average weighted price is 96.7127 manats (6.218%). The total amount of orders at the nominal price was 57,448,700 manats, and the placed volume was 20,000,000 manats.
The bonds mature on September 9, 2025.
Auction participants must fulfill their obligations on the purchase of bonds by September 14, 2022.
Note: The volume of bonds offered by the Issuer can be increased up to 50 percent if the demand for government bonds exceeds the offer during the auction and the price satisfies the Issuer.
