Online training was held on "Issuance of securities, listing on the Baku Stock Exchange and Listing Consulting Program"
On March 16, 2023, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Baku Stock Exchange, Unicapital Investment Company and the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association (AMFA) will hold an online training for employees of Non-Bank Credit Institutions on the topics of "Issue of securities, listing on the Baku Stock Exchange and Listing Advisory Program" has been held.
In the training, employees of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Baku Stock Exchange and Unicapital Investment Company provided general information about the capital market, the issuance of securities, the procedure for their listing on the stock exchange, and detailed information about the Listing Advisory Program. The main goal of the event is to present alternative financing methods to local companies and share international experience in this direction.
It should be noted that the Baku Stock Exchange, together with its cooperating investment companies and AMFA, regularly organizes free trainings with the aim of increasing awareness of the capital market, inculcating the experience of securities issuance in the local business environment, and promoting listing on the stock exchange.
