Online certified training was held on "Issue of securities, listing on the Baku Stock Exchange and Listing Consulting Program"
On February 2, 2023, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Baku Stock Exchange, CPM Investment Company and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBIA) announced the "Issue of securities, listing and listing on the Baku Stock Exchange" for local companies trying to enter foreign markets. Online certified training was held on the topics of "Counseling Program". In the training, the employees of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Baku Stock Exchange and CPM Investment Company provided general information about the capital market, the issuance of securities, the procedure for their listing on the stock exchange, and detailed information about the Listing Advisory Program. The main goal of the event is to present alternative financing methods to local companies and share international experience in this direction.
It should be noted that the Baku Stock Exchange, together with its cooperating investment companies and KOBIA, regularly organizes free trainings with the aim of increasing awareness of the capital market, inculcating the experience of securities issuance in the local business environment, and promoting listing on the stock exchange.
