On December 20, 2022, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), "CPM Investment Company" OJSC shares with a total value of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) manats were listed in the standard market segment.
On December 23, 2022, the listed shares will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription. Placement of shares will be completed within 7 (seven) business days. The placement of shares in the public offering will be carried out in the following order: during the first 2 business days, the placement of shares will take place among the shareholders with preferential rights, and then the placement of shares among other investors will take place.
The underwriter of the placement is "CPM Investment Company" OJSC.
