An auction was held for placement of Short-Term Notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan

On December 21, 2022, an auction was held at the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of 30 million manat short-term notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARMB) with state registration number AZ2053024702 in the amount of 28 days.

During the auction, 8 orders with a price interval of 99.4215 (7.48%) manat and 99.5934 (5.25%) manat were submitted by 6 investors. The total amount of the orders at the nominal price was 27,417,000 manats. 

According to the decision of ARMB, the cut-off price of notes is 99.4215 (7.48%) manat, and the average weighted price is 99.5222 (6.17%) manat. 

As a result of the auction, the placed volume of notes was 27,417,000 manats. 

The maturity date of the notes is 18.01.2023. 

In case the demand collected in the auction exceeds the offer, the offer can be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially auctioned.
