On October 19, 2022, an auction was held at the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARMB) with state registration number AZ2018024706 in the amount of 30 million manats with a circulation period of 84 days.
During the auction, 12 investors submitted 18 orders with a price interval of 98.7329 (5.5%) manat and 99.0524 (4.1%) manat. The total amount of the orders at the nominal price was 69,653,100 manats.
According to the decision of the ARMB, the cut-off price and the average weighted price of the notes were determined as 99.0524 (4.1%) manats.
As a result of the auction, the placed volume of notes was 30,000,000 manats.
The maturity date of the notes is 11.01.2023.
In case the demand collected in the auction exceeds the offer, the offer can be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially auctioned.
