An auction was held for placement of Notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan

On October 12, 2022, an auction was held at the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of notes of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARMB) with state registration number AZ2014024700 in the amount of 30 million manats with a circulation period of 84 days.

During the auction, 16 orders with a price interval of 98.9609 (4.5%) and 99.0753 (4%) were submitted by 11 investors. The total amount of the orders at the nominal price was 60,161,600 manats. 

According to ARMB's decision, the cut-off price of the notes is 98.9838 (4.4%) and the average weighted price is 99.0046 (4.31%). 

As a result of the auction, the placed volume of notes was 30,000,000 manats. 

The maturity date of the notes is 04.01.2023. 

In case the demand collected in the auction exceeds the offer, the offer can be increased by the issuer up to a maximum of 20% of the amount initially auctioned.
