An auction was held for placement of bonds of the Ministry of Finance

AZ0201040125 ISIN of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Baku Stock Exchange on May 16, 2023, 20 mln. an auction was held for the placement of government medium-term bonds (DOI) with a coupon of 1820 days in the amount of AZN.

During the auction, 20 investors submitted 30 orders with a price interval of 80.2307 (13%) manat and 96.5827 (8.35%) manat.

According to the decision of the Ministry of Finance, the cut-off price of bonds is 93.4960 (9.15%) manats, and the average weighted price is 95.1643 (8.7136%) manats. The total amount of orders at the nominal price is 90,863,400 manats, and the placed volume is 20,000,000 manats.

Auction participants must fulfill their obligations on the purchase of bonds by May 17, 2023 (T+1). The bonds mature on May 9, 2028.

Note: The volume of bonds offered by the Issuer can be increased up to 50 percent if the demand for government bonds exceeds the offer during the auction and the price satisfies the Issuer.
