On December 22-27, 2022, the placement of undocumented ordinary shares of "Kapital Bank" OJSC with state registration number AZ1003005159, with a nominal value of 12.39 manats, in the amount of 19,999,999.95 manats, has been finalized at the Baku Stock Exchange.

During the subscription, 66 orders at the price of 12.39 AZN were submitted to the underwriter by 63 investors.

The total amount of the subscription orders at the nominal price was 19,999,999.95 manats. The volume of shares placed at the nominal price was 19,999,999.95 manats.

The underwriter of the placement is "Pasha Capital Investment Company" JSC.
