An auction on placement of SOCAR Bonds was held at Baku Stock Exchange

On November 1, 2021, the auction on placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) with state registration number AZ2002019894 in the amount of 100,000,000.00 USD at Baku Stock Exchange has been concluded.

During the subscription 761 bids were submitted from 754 investors.

The total amount of subscription orders at face value was USD 380,614,000.00.

The volume of bonds placed at face value was 100,000,000.00 USD.
